The inception of Brahmins Foods is deeply rooted in the determined journey of its founder, Vishnu Namboodiri. From a modest beginning, he embarked on a challenging path that would lead to the establishment of Brahmins Foods. In 1987, he initiated operations from a small unit adjacent to his residence, overseeing a team of 2 female staff. Undeterred by the scale of the venture, Vishnu personally distributed the packed products, initially navigating the streets of Thodupuzha town on a bicycle. As the enterprise grew, so did its means of distribution, with Vishnu upgrading to a scooter and eventually incorporating delivery vans into the logistics.
